Is it possible to import lines from CAD, like a design alignment, to use as a persistent base for defining profiles and cross sections?
You can calculate profile lines based on imported DXF file. Simply select ‘’From DXF’’ in profile calculation settings.


Can I export topography to Autocad? And does it draw automatically?
You can export almost all of calculated data to Autocad or any other CAD software. To export a calculated point cloud use LAS file format, to export digital surface model (DSM) use TXT file format, to export Orthophoto use TIFF or JPG. All exported data will be automatically geo-referenced. Additional export options:

Can I export DSM as DXF?
Yes. Go to DSM > Save As and select DXF file format.
