Hi, I tried to import the images in the exttactor, but they do not appear there. It's written 0 images, so I could not proceed to extraction. Any clue why!
I want to replace the wgs coordinates with local coordinate systema coordinates!

Hi Steve,

I take it you are using export function with tif format, by default, export commands writes the information that would be in tfw directly into geotiff part of the image.

You have multiple options. First would be to simply load back in the generated tif, and then export it again using the Orthophoto / Save as command from the menu bar.

Second option would be to first use cut button on the orthophoto tab to clip the ortho and then use Orthophoto / Save as from menu bar or by right clicking on the orthophoto in the list.

I can save an orthophoto with a world file, and I can export a selected part of an orthophoto without a world file, but I can't find a way to save or export part of an orthophoto along with a world file.  Is that possible?

Hi Zaen, Unfortunately Air and mini serries drones are not supported, because these do not have waypoint navigation mode. It is a limitation from the manufacturer DJI, who ant you to use bigger drones for comerrcial projects.

I have been tasked with producing elevations of a building for some refurbishment. I can easily create the orthophotos of each elevation but the architects will want these as DXF files rather than jpg or PDF. Is there a way to automate the line building or do I have to do it manually in the CAD feature as thats quite time consuming to digitise. Thank you

Hi Rok,

Compared to which version do you experience this?

In version 2.15 we improved CAD snapping speed. We changed the point algorithm so, that when you start the CAD up, some background calculations are made, that help speed up snapping. Before in version 2.14, background calculations were made every time when you rotated model. Since 2.15 background calculations are only made when you display different point-clouds or meshes.

Hello!

With the new functions on the CAD window, came additional lagging as well. When i change different meshes or pointclouds on the same project and go back to CAD functions, i get a cca 5sec freez every time. As in when i select a measuring function (Measure tool, Draw line-point-circle).

This didn't happen before the rework.

I am new to 3Dsuvey pilot and i am using DJI Air 2S. Does this problem affect it because i have been having the same problem since i started trying the app 2weeks ago. I haven't been able to try any mission with 3Dsurvey pilot with my drone. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

The app only supports DJI Mavic air 2S in the new "Free Flight" mission, which takes the images automatically while you drive the drone manually.

Unfortunately there's no possibility for Air 2s to run on grid mode in 3d Survey Pilot. I just bought Air 2s after my P4S crashed few days ago, expecting I can use 3DS for my missions & already planned to purchase a paid version for maximum functionality. But it seems not possible with Android. Dunno if it works with iOS?
Please advise. Thanks
