Title: import issue

When I want to import mesh od DXF file, it always import it to the 0 coordinates. How to make, that file will be imported on correct place in 3D Survey? Is it possible to export coordinate of points in simple ASCII (TXT) file?

Sure it is, just go to Mesh/Save as and save the mesh as a txt file.
